Natasha Haupt
Club Founder/Director/Coach
Natasha is the owner/director at 308 Elite VBC and has an extensive volleyball background. Natasha started playing youth volleyball in 3rd grade and played through high school. She went on to play for Blue Mountain Community College in Oregon. At the conclusion of her playing career, Natasha coached numerous youth programs and clubs. In 2021 she was offered the opportunity to coach volleyball at Leyton High School, while simultaneously getting the 308 Elite program underway. Her team collected three District Championships and in her fourth season, the team appeared in the Nebraska D2 State Final game, finishing as State Runner-ups.
Natasha currently coaches the 18U and 14U teams. She also oversees all age groups and programs.
Callie Weiss
16 Head Coach
Callie Weiss is head coach of the 16U team. She is from Raymond, NE. She started playing rec volleyball in 3rd grade through school and started club volleyball, in addition to school ball, in Lincoln at 13. After high school she played 4 years at Fort Hays State University. She received all-conference accolades all 4 years and broke several records at FHSU. During college she coached for a local club team in Hays, KS. She also coached clinics through FHSU summer volleyball camps.
Callie currently resides north of Lodgepole with her husband, Alex Weiss.
Katy Cape
14 Assistant Coach
Among other sports and activities, Katy played volleyball at Leyton High School helping the Warriors to 4 conference championships and 3 state tournament appearances. After graduation in 2014, Katy continued on to play volleyball for Western Nebraska Community College for two years helping the Cougars win two conference titles and the Cougars went on to be 2015 NJCAA National Runners-Up her sophomore year. Katy transferred to the University of Nebraska-Kearney where the Lopers won back to back conference titles. Katy is now an RN living in Sidney with her husband Coyle, her two dogs Patch and Gus, and Baby Cape arriving in May.
Kylie Licking
18 Assistant Coach
Kylie has an extensive background in volleyball. She played youth volleyball throughout high school and was named to various All Conference teams and awards. Kylie played club volleyball for MNVBC and Premier throughout high school. After high school she went on to play volleyball at North Platte Community College for two years until transferring to Chadron State. At Chadron State she continued with some fun intramural volleyball. Kylie previously coached the 14U team for a club based in North Platte, Nebraska.
She is currently the assistant coach for the 18U team.
